Completed Orders and Repairs
Q: How would I know if my item is ready for pickup?
A: I. Whether your item has been ordered or repaired, we will contact you via telephone letting you know we have received your item(s).
II. If you have a custom order it takes 4 weeks for the item to be completed, once it is complete we will contact you and let you know the item is ready for pickup.
III. Items purchased with us usually can be repaired within the same day. Incase your repair needs to have parts ordered, you will be notified after we have evaluated your item. It will approximately take 1-2 weeks to complete, however we will contact you if your repair was able to be completed ahead of time.
